I am yet another convert ! Due to problems with my partners shoulder I have now got to buy an automatic, after looking at several other cars I narrowed it down to the new Fabia 1.2 tsi dsg. I took one out for a test drive and was amazed how smooth and nippy it was (my partner liked it too ) . I have now just ordered the Fabia estate 1.2 TSI DSG Elegance model in Rosso Brunello metallic and managed to get the vat free plus 0% interest, also got mud flaps, spare wheel, boot liner and underseat storage thrown in. The road tax is good too at only £90 per year. I haven't got a firm date yet but was told "about the beginning of december", fingers crossed!
