Picked up my storm blue Octavia SE with the old 1.9tdi engine in today. (must be one of the last made) After years of driving a Renault Scenic with an electronic hand brake , I keep forgetting to take the hand brake off , much to the amuzement of my mate who came with me to pick it up. I seem to have stalled it a few times as well (hope its just me getting used to the bite ot the clutch). I'm loving the turbo when it kicks in and only imagine what the VRS and 2lt drivers are getting? (next time) Very happy with the car.
