I ordered a Fabia Estate 1.2TSI DSG for my wife on the 24 June. We were given a delivery date of around the beginning of November. I've just spoken to James at Allams and he's informed us that the build date has gone backwards and we won't get the car until the middle of January 2011. That's going on a six and a half month wait!! :no: James has told us that none of the figures involved will change but.....................

Makes me wonder about mine. I ordered at begiining of July........

That is shocking , if I have to wait that long for my vRS , I'd cut my losses and purchase from another manufacturer¬

Yes I agree I`d deffo look elsewhere...Plenty of other manufacturers who can supply much sooner.....ridiculous waiting time

We ordered mid-May and we are hoping for delivery in September but no news from our delaer as yet - last I heard it would be 10-14 days and 14 days is Monday and still no news from the dealer.........
