noisy heater fan

Featured Replies

My heater fan started making a noise which increased with the fan setting.Initially it commenced when braking or with car making a change of direction. Now its on all the time 06 VRS.Any ideas whats wrong ?

Could be dried leaves in the housing. Remove the pollen filter and put it on the lowest speed for a few seconds to see what pops out.

Thanks Darren got some leaves out but noise continues. My research suggests it may be a flap motor problem, however any other thoughts are welcome!Cheers for chivers,Chris

Parking ticket in fan motor

Same prob as me. Had mines up at the garage the other day. I need a new fan as its out of balance. One of the blades has snapped off resulting in the balancing being out.
