Octavia trampoline

Featured Replies

Came out to my car on Sunday morning, which had been parked on a residential street in Hastings all weekend, only to find bloody shoe prints over it.

After a short fit of rage......

The scabby little *unt wore size 8 Etnies according to the grubby marks left behind. 2 footprints on the bonnet, and 3 on the roof. With assorted finger marks where the scab helped himself up.

Luckily none of the panels are bent, dented or buckled. And I can't see any major damage or really deep scratches. I need to wash the car to see the extent of the scratches, because there will obviously be lots. I'm hoping they we be able to be polished out.

My mate was impressed with how sturdy the Octavia was though! The bonnet is as hard as nails, and the roof is super flexy. We just couldn't believe that someone ran over my car, and not his crappy £100 Rover 220SD! My mate could see the frantic rage in my eyes, so he allowed me to vent the anger and kick the crap out of the rear wing on his Rover! Felt pretty good actually!

So yeah, if you're trying to book a trampoline for a kids party, just let me know.....

Wan*ers!!......shame you didnt catch him & use his head as a trampoline! Some people have no respect when it comes to other peoples cars etc. I have only had my 08 octy vrs a week & are worried about leaving it in public places! My old mk1 vrs had a few marks & dents etc so wasnt as worried when i left it anywhere.Glad there isnt any damage,it could of been at worse(must of been a light weight scumbag!) :)

Bar steward, hope that you find the scrote and use his spleen as a trampoline!

Bite the curb senario I think.

What a ****** you are lucky it didn't do the roof. I know what you mean when it felt good venting anger on something. Shame it wasn't the one that did it. A wall was my victim when that daft cow pulled out on me and poked her nose in my wheel arch.

Least its silver mate

Bl**dy Hastings - the place is full of re-housed ASBO families :(

Fingers crossed the scratches aren't that deep and will just come out with a bit of machine polishing.

Not good, seems to be the thing for the scroats round our neck of the woods at the moment. luckily i've got a drive but couple of neighbours cars have been done, no damage as of yet. Good luck with the scratchesemoticon-0148-yes.gif

Gutted for you mate!

Haha! I'll tell my mate that! I did sense something was up when we wandered into town on Friday night, and the first thing I saw was one man covered in blood, another being sick everywhere and about 20 police!

I washed the car last night quickly, as it was getting dark (autumn has crept up on me)! Can't see any panel deformation, or any really bad scratches actually, so I think I might have gotten away with it lightly. I'll give her a good polish and wax soon, and review any smaller scratches then.

Seems other cars don't handle a man on the roof as well as the Octavia. Someone managed to totally and permanently cave in the roof on another friends Nissan.

Thanks to everyone for all the messages of support, I think me and the old girl will pull through now!

The last time (and only time) I saw about 20 coppers was when an paramedic response car went through a redlight and tw@tted a girl in a red corsa. There were no injuries, but all the cop cars slowly rolled up over the following 10-15 minutes after the accident. I guess so they could have a laugh at the driver of the paramedic car (who apparently had crashed on the week before by going through a red light....).

Where as when I got broken into, I had to wait about 4 hours for the finger print people, and a further 2 hours for a police man to arrive to record some details (incorrectly!). Still at least my life was not in danger

Nice to hear the car stood up the abuse reasonably well. I sold my old (99 plate) 306 HDi to my brother, and he lives in Lytham (near-ish to Blackpool) and someone kindly walked over his bonnet one evening.
