Is 40mm drop too much for a Fabia vrs? thinking about ride quaility and also camber.

Alot of people seem to use the eibach kit (25mm) but I also see the apexi 40mm lowering kits. What's peoples thoughts??

I have -40mm Apex lowering springs mated with Koni SRT shocks and I am very happy with the combo. Ok its not exactly a smooth ride but it is no way harsh or jarring and handles like a dream

PS the ride acctually improved after I fitted the firmer Koni shocks (replaceing the standard shocks) - seems bizzare I know but they are good shocks

Eibachs drop a vRS 25mm as they're specific to the vRS. Are the Apex 40mm drop for the vRS or the Fabia? (remember the vRS is already lower than the standard Fabia). Could be a 40mm drop for the fabia which is the same as a 25mm drop for a vRS.

I thought the Apexi were vrs specific, however the numbers would imply a 40mm drop from standard as you suggest

Pictures of owners' cars with both setups would help! I'm trying to convince the missus to lower her vRS SE, so pictures would definitely help her visualise how much better it'd look!

My Eibachs are still in the box in my bedroom, so probably not much help. Decided to go for coilovers in the end.

The Apex springs aren't VRS specific so you would only get around a 25mm drop from them anyway.

I got a full 40mm drop on my old Fabia with the Apex springs.

40mm drop on Koni's! I havent had any speed hump issues or anything like that.

What happened with the car!!! Looks like a very big bird attacked it. The drop looks spot on though
