Yes if the new Kia Sportage is anything to go by, it will look lovely, especially with the gobi interior, and I didnt like it when it first came out but think it will look nice !

I have seen the Kia Sportage in that very copper colour and it is LOVELY - just look here. The Yeti Tangerine is much more muted in my view. It is not nearly as vibrant as people are going on about it. Just look at this Fabia in Tangerine Orange:

The Kia was stupefyingly gorgeous in that copper colour. Spot on. This is not in the same league.

The Yeti would really suit these strong colours. Even the blue VRS colour would look great on a Yeti as a starter and Skoda have that colour in their pallet already.

Now you are talking! That blue will look AMAZING on the Yeti. But then I do have a penchant for blue cars.

This is from the Skoda world site. Not of a good resolution but it shows the tangerine as accurately as I have yet seen and it looks pretty much like that Fabia above:

Though you only get this when you click on the download arrow icon and then Yeti catalogue. You don't even get a Tangerine when you click on colours.

Muscovado - Brown car??!?

Shades of silver - lost in the car park with all the others

Green and blue - too dark coming from an Arden Blue Vauxhall.

Saw the Fabia in Tangerine and took a chance really. I'm sure we'll love it when it arrives and yes, it's more copper but the metallic particles should light up tangerine in the sunlight.

The 2011 Model year brochure was released on the 25th May and Tangerine was a new colour for that brochure, I ordered mine on the 16th June and its due for production next week (week 37) so won't be delivered until the beginning of October. With those dates in mind the first ones in the UK would only just be delivered if ordered in May, so I doubt there are any here yet.

Just got my fingers crossed it will look OK, still I won't lose it in a hurry!

No need for that. These days you just wrap the car in vinyl to any colour you like just like German taxi drivers have wrapped their silver and black Merc taxis in yellow film for donkey's years. Will cost you about £1200.

I know it isn't exactly a Yeti, but maybe easier to imagine a Yeti in Tangerine than looking at a Fabia?

We went for the Red and my son loves it... and Postman Pat too.

Got two pics of tangerine yeti's on my desktop but cant work out how to post them :(
