NEXT WEEK! )) Fingers crossed that the sunroof will be present as well Also he told me that delivery should be within 3 weeks, and they can give me the VIN number as soon as they load the vehicles for shipping. BIG update this time - my Yeti is here! Yesterday the dealer called me and today I paid them a visit, just to make sure everything is OK - and it seems so!

I was worried about the sunroof, but it's there, I've touched it. )) Everything was covered in white plastic so I couldn't play a lot, but everything seems fine. Unfortunately I'm off for a trip to Barcelona so I'll pick it up next week... can't wait

So, to sun everything up - it took exactly 67 days from order to delivery, with sunroof & lots of extras for ~17k GBP

P.S. It's with the new RRP, with the plastic engine shield.

Well done Sebast! It has become clear that Skoda are prioritising countries within the € zone above the UK (where their profits per unit have dropped significantly due to the value of the £). So they are in effect artificially making us wait months for our cars here and give € countries their cars within the normal time frame. Sad but that is just how it goes! Enjoy the monster (and the sunroof - I'm getting mine withing a few weeks too!)

Possibly, but I think you will find the far greater number of left hand drive countries plays a part also. RHD going further down the queue when more LHD vehicles need to flow off the production lines.

Indeed, I'm getting very itchy already and still three months to go (subject to increased production capacity). Perhaps I should settle for LHD and get it next week!
