Help Water Under drivers Mat

Featured Replies

Noticed its damp under the mat

Its an Estate with sunroof

Checked drain holes which were a little full of rubbish but nothing major

Any ideas

Cheers simon

check grommit for bonnet cable release (follow it up from the pull handle) to access you need to remove scuttle and see if its seated/sealed properly. Check your scuttle drains left and right are clear too. Check sunroof drains too for blockage.

and if on the passenger side of the car, check the grommet next to the pollen filter, and check the pollen filter assembly is secured properly and is flush.

yes good point, didnt shuggest that as its on the drivers side, but the octavia can be like a sieve
