Audi A4 Alloy wheels x 5

Featured Replies

I have a chanch to buy 5, 7x16 Alloy wheels fitted with 205/55/16 Michelin " V " rated tyres which are less than half worn for £250.

The wheels are unmarked and come complete with Audi centre's. They are ET42 so I assume they will fit my Octavia 07 PD TDi Vrs. I'm also think they are 5x112 PCD. I'm hopeing to use them as winter wheels, might fit winter tyres and sell the michelins. So a question or two:-

Will they clear the brakes ok

Is the ET fittment ok (ET42)

Will the car handle alot differently with smaller wheels on

Will it affect the ABS system

Will the wheel bolts fit or will I need new ones

last of all is £250 a good price for 5 alloys complete with excellent tyres and centre's

Thanks to all

IIRC the MKII Octavia uses ET54 meaning these may be a bit tight on the arches?

Stop messing about and buy them..Answers above

As above. The only thing I'd point out is if you lowered the car and wanted to use chains, ET42 would be put them very close to your arches. I've sold my 16" winters and am using my spare 18"s as winters this time round. I'm going to have to use autosocks instead of chains.

If you don't buy them let me know, because I will.
