Alright folks.

Right, does anyone know how to get the plastic cover off from below the windscreen on an Octy RS. I've removed the wipers and the rubber seal but still can't seem to get it off  . the thing will move from side to side but i won't pull off. I'm sure it is real simply  cause skoda have to get to the pollon filter etc but i'm scared of busting it. Am i missing something obvious? It is so fustrating because i can see the rubber gromet i want to use for my vac pipe but just cant get to it, aaagggghhh!

Thanks

Si

Warm the plastic with a hairdryer to avoid the risk of it breaking/cracking then try gently easing it up from the front (engine bay) edge, starting at one end.

Do as Dennis says, but I find something plastic like an ice scraper slid along the windscreen edge (dont use a metal item) of the plastic starting at one end works quite well. Once the trim has started coming up its easy enough to pull up, just go gentely.
