I would suggest running a couple of long wires off of the wires that go to the side repeaters (if you can get to them), then running them through the rubber door grommet into the door and then up to your new mirrors.

Yep.. this would be the best idea.. just.. how to get there ;D what panels i should remove. Is there somekind of manual/website for all kind of octavia things? like how to remove panels, wirings, engine wirings, etc.?

Can you buy Haynes manuals in Finland? Or is there a Finnish equivalent?

You probably want the proper Skoda workshop manual. The Haynes manual just tells you how to remove the side repeater to replace the bulb, it doesn't go into detail on how the wires are routed. I would say you are possibly looking at either taking some interior trim (and possibly dash out) to get to it from the inside or taking the front quarter panel off of the chassis to get to those wires.

have you a part number for those mirrors with indicators ? I was told that they are not made for a octavia 1...

I have a 2002 tdi.

I grafted mk2 octy mirrors onto my mk1 and you can pick up the indicator wires in the footwell looms if you have a meter to test for them? O/s is black/green and n/s is black/white,hope this helps but make sure you test the wires first as I take no responsibility if you mess it up lol

The wires to the side repeaters drop down through the drainage holes in the top of the scuttle panel area - you know where all the leafs and general **** goes which then later converts into compost at the bottom of the wheel arch liners.

But I think dsmithmobile offers a better solution.
