A set of G60 steel wheels should look nice

Bmw mini wheels are v similar to G60 steelys, if steelys are what you mean? I dare say they are much more plentiful than G60s. The spigot hole needs opening out a bit, I think I put a post on here on this? I think white bodywork/black steelys is the way forward, go for it dude!

A bit to risky with the black?.......I will go with the silver. On my prevous diesel I had the 15" and ithink i put 195/50's on it and it looked great. The wheels that i got at the breakers were totally mint...£40, passat.

you can still buy g60 steels from the vw dealer, they are about £30 each... but as you have already noted, the spare wheel in a B3 passat is a 15" steel and most of them never ever get used so you might be able to pick em up form a breaker

They do silver BMW mini wheels too! I guess you aren't going too rat look then?!

Well........I went to pick up the car earlier today after travelling 2 hours and the car was not as described!!

- When driving there is a knocking noise comming from the front left side

- The dash is all badly scraped

- The doors cards are scrapped as well

- When got back from the test drive the car starting reving, salesman pressed the peddle and it got worse!

I left the car as the alarm bells were ringing!!

So much for the diesel...........

Glad you did the sensible thing and walked away.

Too many people don't do that and end up with a lemon!

Plenty more out there. Is annoying though investing your time in going to see it then finding it's not as it was described.
