How gutted! I don't understand though, if I was genuinlly interested in buying the car, i'd never buy one without test driving it, so what would I do then?

I am a test pilot I just want to see how it compares to mine at the moment, and expierience the DSG box which a lot of my friends say is awful!

:lol: I was waiting for him to tell me that too :lol: the new one will handle better than mine as it's standard other than a strut brace, but straight line speed I'd have thought mine would be quciker, even though it just has a remap to around 180bhp and 300ftlb

I went to the Colne dealership, not sure if that's a Simpsons though. You referring to that, or the Preston one?

The Preston one. He tried fobbing my mate off with the same excuse until I told him I'd driven it twice there.

Colne is Hobin Group IIRC, but they will still be giving you the same crap.

I'll be straight on the phone to them on Monday to book a test drive then at Preston! And now I know that they can cater for under 21's! cheers mate
