Been told that I need a O/S top strut bearing and spring. Been quoted 143 for this from a dealership, but am tempted to get the parts and then get my local garage to do the labour.

How can I help my garage get the parts? How would I find out the part numbers?

why not uprate to Eibach springs while your at it, a full set of 4 can be had for around £136 + vat
