Columbus with white screen

Just wanted to know if anyone else had any problems similar to this with there Columbus?

Car went it for a check on the air con which turned out to be a broken condenser but that's another story and when they gave me my car back the touch screen on my Columbus unit was just white! The dealership has had to replace my unit with a brand new one and new maps (bonus) but just wondered if anyone else had had this problem?
