I'm a newcomer to the brand (3 days).

I've left a phone message with customer support and sent an email 2 days ago.

No-one has called me back yet. Seems quite poor to me.

2 questions -

1 - Is this normal and to be expected

2 - Is there another way of getting to talk to them?

Not usual in my dealings with customer support / care ,they have been prompt with me everytime get back to them and let em have it! :wonder:
