Hi Roger, I don't suppose I can tell you anything you haven't already been through as we must be at pretty much the same stage; ie both have just ordered. I was also told dealer was within the M25 which probably means the one same as you. As far as my experiences to date they're pretty limited, I was called promptly, I had my questions answered, and according to what I could find online they are a genuine company. Unfortunately there's nothing they can do about the lead time.
