Hey am i right in thnking that i can put a vrs back box on my 1.4 mpi?

I have the vrs rear bumper already as some one scratched my old one.

yes i suspect you can, you'll obviously need to do some jiggedy pokedy to get it to fit, a custom exhaust place should be able to do this no problem

I'd have thought so. There is a HTP petrol fabia works near me and she has a vRS bumper and exhaust on the rear. Not sure if you have the pipe already but you have to cut them off the vRS. I've just fitted a Milltek cat back on mine. I was careful how and where I cut it so I know the old pipe will go on again if needed. I presume it comes in two when you buy a new one.
