Who is a happy(er) Skoda driver

I hope my tow bar wiring issues have now been resolved.

Should know better by the weeks end.

Now to happy-talk

62mpg over 116 miles all mixed driving incl through several villages, ave speed 42mpg whilst doing an indicated 70 ( & bytimes more) on the stretch of dual.

With a total of 350 miles on the clock so hardlry loosened up as yrt.

A/C on too, mostly cos I were twiddling.

I am aware that I need to calibrate the display figs against measure fuel & miles, but at a guess knowing VW not more than 5% out .

Not bad for an automatic, which I think is an absolute hoot to drive esp during kick-down
