Looking at getting some new rims 8x18" ET 27. Anyone know if they fit the octy well or will be a pain in the ass.

If needs be I'm prepared to lower and stiffen the suspension by 20-30mm. Either 225 or 215 tyres can be fitted cheaply enough, my mates got his own tyre business.

Any help would be appreciated!

thats what i'm running, on 215/35/18's

lowered 25mm on springs.

catches occasionally when loaded up.

if you went coilovers on stiff settings should be fine.

Sound mate, I know exactly what rims I'm having and that's the only size they come in. Only gets loaded up once or twice a year really so not a big problem there.
