I'm sure I saw an option to set the volume of the radio when reverse gear is selected (and the reversing sensors are activated) but I cannot for the life of me find the option - I want the volume to go to zero. Had a look in the manual but can't find it.

Anyone know how to do it?

Hi, I have the Bolero on my Octavia

The music symbol on the bolero goes to options like fader and volume.

Their is an option to put the sensores bip louder. from low/medium/high

I was hoping I could programme the unit to turn the music off when reversing.

I guess I'll have to increase the volume of the beep beeps instead.

Is there not something in Maxidot that is to do with the parking sensors ( called PDC ?)

this always catches me out - once I've started the car, by the time the SD xcard is ready and playing, I've selected reverse so the volume on the stereo is quiet. So I turn it up, and then get deafened when I stop reversing and go into 1st

Sorted now.

Adjusting the volume of the PDC to maximum means the radio or SD card volume is muted totally when selecting reverse.

Just what the doctor ordered.
