water in footwells

Featured Replies

after heavy rain i found three inches of water in the rear footwell and a smaller amount in the front (both drivers side) i have established one to be the rear door seal the other is coming through the bulk head from the unit behind the drivers wiper. i have removed the wipers but cannot romove the tray below the windscreen. does this slide off or pull off? i do not want to damage the windscreen in anyway. can anyone help

thanks much appreciated

its ok ive sorted it . drain holes evacuated and door seals degunked . water now drains away.

hovered the bulkhead areas with taped on plastic central heating pipe so no need to remove plastic covers which go over the wipers and door seals were full of gunge.

check out every three months i think
