Does anyone know if the Mk1 Octavia's are able to have the door locking set to auto lock when the car moves off? I know on other cars I have owned it could be programmed into the key or the main computer.

What is a VCDS? Something to tweak the computer bit?

dont bother with it mate ,ive been there it ends up doing your head in :thumbdown:

but easy enough to do with vds (bit like an pre-war version of vagcom).

if your doing it,you might aswell get your windows to roll up and down with the key fob at the same time . this is a must in my eyes i use it all the time :thumbup:

you need a obd lead a laptop and vds pro- to do it B)
