Hi I have a 1.9TDI 51 plate Elegance about 113,000 miles on the clock. I have noticed a couple of times now going along that the speedo is not working - stuck on 0mph! It has righted itself I think when I went over a bumpy part of the road. Anyone know what can be causing this? Rev counter and everything else seems to work. Bit nervous about going to a garage blind as being a woman I have been ripped off in the past. Would appreciate some advice. Thanks

Very common problem, eventually it will stop working all together. There was another thread this week linking to others on how to get around the problem. Hang on, just looking for it.
