What type of polish os best, liquid or hard for a good finish. I suppose liquid would be easier to rub in and out but i don't know.

Any advice.

They all require elbow grease, some last longer than others, its your preference, I use 'No Water Needed' Proshine, which I find easy for me personally.

Polish is a liquid

Wax can be both hard and soft

So...Do you mean Wax??

If you do..I use a hard wax and softer one for a top up...Its easier to work with
