Iphone / Ipod Interface Needed

Featured Replies

My Stream 6cd won't play any audio cd's that I burn from my music library, which is pretty rubbish in today's digital age. I am therefore looking for a good Iphone / Ipod interface. I hear that there is kits that are as simple to fit as unplugging the cd changer from the back of the head unit and plugging the Ipod kit into. Can anyone recommend any tried and tested kits? Currently listening to the only 6 cd's that I found in the house...which date from circa mid 90's, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Some stream units do support mp3 (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-SKODA-MK2-A5-OCTAVIA-STREAM-MP3-CD-RADIO-PLAYER-/330481496204?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4cf23b708c) but perhaps you have the earlier version that doesn't .

However, if you're burning audio CD's, check the quality of the CD and make sure the session is finalised. This may help.

Hey Steve,

Nah mine is just the basic Stream, it does not have the mp3 written on the front like that one did. Burnt the wma files on two different computers using different burning software, still comes up cd error when in the changer. I think I will get one of these ( http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CTASKIPOD003-Skoda-Fabia-Octavia-iPod-Pad-Interface-/180570960936?pt=UK_AudioVideoElectronics_PortableAudio_MP3PlayerCarKits&hash=item2a0ade3428 )
