Adrian Flux. Waste of time. Didn't get a promised call back. Went with Tesco. emoticon-0149-no.gif

Although their quotes were always pretty bad when trying to insure my bike I've just been quoted £641 TPFT on a Fabia vRS. The next best quote was found on Confused for £1,148 so nearly halved it... Chris Knott and Sky Insurance couldn't get anywhere near it either.

Happy happy happy. :)

I am 63 and only have 3 years no claims and I am paying 385 for my 07 VRS, I am with More Than, last year I was with Aviva, this year they were stupid money.. Direct Line, Swiftcover, Swinton and several others will not touch you, in fact I filled out the application on Swiftcover on line, as soon as I put on my 34 year old son, it stopped and a rejection sign came up..

Shop around. Bart

I used them last year and they quoted me a very cheap price for my new Superb, so I requested the "call back", they called when requested and (so did Sky), but despite them being competitive last year on my (MKI Superb) and there initial quote being very good, they were then £130 dearer than Skoda Insurance (Allianz) and the quote had doubled compared to the first quote a couple of months ago!, but then as has been mentioned by a few on here they have all shot up.

I will be avoiding Tesco like the plague due to there winter tyre policy (they class it as a modification, so will charge extra accordingly  ) but even if they did not have that policy I still would not touch them as we are currently in a dispute with them over the refund for an iPhone - their CS is awful!!
