After visiting the site on a somewhat irregular basis due to lack of internet access at home, I have finally managed to set myself up with Broadband and can now start making some posts!!!

Thanks to all those who regularly contribute to the site - it's been really interesting reading the various posts. You've also given me the modifying bug - it won't be long before I start playing with my fab vrs (done 12k so far as standard). I'm interested in a Jabba group buy if anyone else is keen!!!

I've only got 512k, but it seems fast enough for me at the mo - remember, I had nothing before!!! :eek:

This BT broadband I'm on seems fast enough, especially as I was on dial up with an ancient modem before!

Hi John,

I just noticed in your sig. that you have an L&K 130 estate. How are you finding the car? My dad has been turned to Skoda now (after I brought the fab vrs) and is looking for your exact model, so I'd be interested in your thoughts on it.

There seem to be quite a few 110bhp versions around, but not many 130's.

Thinking about it, my dad is also called john - you're not my dad are you??? :eek:
