vRS suspension advice - shocks and bushes

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I would like some feedback on shocks and bushes. One of my shockers needs replaced, as do the front rearward suspension bushes. Are there any good recommended upgrades available over the OEM items. I'm considering Powerflex bushes to replace the existing ones.

Any ideas?

For bushes you could try the super pro anti lift kit. I had the kit fitted to my Fabia VRs and it improved front end feel no end! Suspension and dampers, there are so many different types out there. OE, Koni, Bilstein, Eibach, Coilovers. I have the OE dampers and Eibach lowering springs. I find that is a good set up running 31/33psi F/R. I find this set up plenty good for fast road use. If you track the car you may want to go the coilover route.

Shark_90 has a set of coilovers he is selling so you could pm him if you wanted a good set and below new price

Thanks,

I can't lower the car as it only just makes it up my drive/ track as it is!
