Evolo Refurb

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

Due to some nutcase in a big 4x4 doing a million miles an hour on narrow country lanes, causing me to take evasive, my Evolos (which, happily, weren't exactly perfect to begin with) are getting refurbed very soon B)

I think I'll probably stick with a bright sparkle silver finsh, but does anyone else have any ideas? They are being painted, not powdercoated. These are the wheels in question on the car:

The car is Graphite Grey (which actually has a fair bit of blue in it too) and is getting lowered more soon...

Many thanks,

Andrew :)

where did you get rear mudflaps?

scratched them already? :D

Dark grey would go well

Silver - they are such a nice wheel it would be a shame to hide them with a dark colour. Looks best with your colour car too

Skoda dealer :p They're just standard Fabia ones (official vRS bumper ones don't exist) and the bumper has been trimmed slightly to allow them to fit.

It was that, or a overlapping head-on with 3 tons of speeding Range Rover! :S Gutted doesn't begin to describe it when i heard the crunch :'( Not as bad as it sounded thankfully.

I was thinking along the same lines to be honest...thanks :)

Silver Andrew !

AS above, dont hide them with a dark colour, and they'll look even better once the bumper/suspension combo is on ;)

echo above - keep them the same colour :)

Awesome wheels B)

Keep them bright silver! Nice to see the car is fixed again!
