I am sorry to put up yet another post on DRL & Cornering Lights.

As standard there is no option on my Maxidot to enable/disable these functions.

A friend of mine with Vagcom VCDS has tried to programme these for me today.

In Central Electrics, Long Coding - the only option for DRL is a tick box for daylight running. With this checked I get front dipped headlamps only and no option on Maxidot to enable/disable. What I wanted was to use the DRL lamps in the front fogs.

No option shown for cornering lamps.

Did, have an option for Emergency braking hazards which we selected.

Can anyone offer any advice - is there a further section to enable a choice of DRL lamps? and where the cornering lamp select may be?

Some time ago, there was a post with screen dumps for thes eoptions, but I can't find it on a search.

I am sure others might have more info but as far as DLR's are concerned my dealer used VAG Com but I still have to turn them on/off using indicator stalk and not Maxidot. Turn ignition on but do not start engine - pull ind stalk towards you and then down turns them on. If you pull stalk towards you and up with ignition on it turns them off. Sorry but I do not have cornering lamps so can't offer any suggesion for them.
