One step forward, three back :(

Featured Replies

Right,

first off, my name is stewart and until now i have mostly posted in the fabia 1 section, so hi

Right, first off...

Lowered the car with coilovers to replace a dodgy front strut, fixed :smirk:

Then...

Problem 1:- Top mount bearings exploded but manage to put back together until i can get to a motor factors.

Problem 2:- Drop link, previous owner chopped the thread on old link, couldn't get it on coilover or off, so had to chop it, so i only have one droplink on the car at the moment :(

Problem 3:- The front nearside wheel is at a serious angle, major neg camber, but the drivers on isn't?? both are at the same height, but the passenger side is running a 14 just now as i have a puncture :( and it's the side with the drop link still attached, could it be the wheel and the link causing this problem?? the drivers side has a little camber but nt too noticeable...

What are peoples opinions? cars a 1.4 16 fabia 2001 btw ...

cheers

stewart
