Theres a noticeable hesitation when i first put my foot down in my fabia, it is a 54 plate with a garett turbo, any ideas how i could perhaps loose some lag??

Have you had the PD150 one put on dude? What map are you running?

no opted for just a garett turbo instead of kkk, runnina shark performance map

The actuator could need some adjustment as a first port of call. There are ways and means of doing this via Vagcom if I am correct.

how long have you had the turbo? i noticed that with mine, altho i think it was just the 1000 mile run in period of the new turbo so i didnt take it too hard, but i noticed over a few weeks the car just got faster and faster as all the bearings jus loosened up and bedded in, hth

Erm not had it that long maybe two months. Don't use it that much though so I might not have done 1000 yet
