I find that i can change mine just by removing the front part of the battery cover.

No real need to disconnect battery I wouldn't have thought unless you

have hands like shovels. :D

Another tip, unplug the power connector on the bulb first while it's still held

in position before changing it. It'll unplug easier when the bulb is held still

Plug the new bulb in only after it's held in place with the metal wire clip. In limited space

this can give you a tiny bit more room to move the bulb into place without wires fouling things.

Remap can only be cleared by re-writing the ecu!

which needs special software :)

if say you took it to skoda and they had a new software update and they flashed your ecu you could lose it....
