fitted polo rear aero wiper to my fabia vrs this morning... bloody cold tho. took about 10mins to do, just some filing to do for the washer jet cover.looks loads better!!

also 1 question, ive been looking at other fabia vrs front wipers and there different to mine ive got the aero ones on the front too, they was on it when i got the car. my mates got a race blue vrs se and thats got the ****ty ones!!

Are they Bosch or Valeo branded?

i aint even looked.. will it say on the wiper blades somewhere?

Got any photos of the new rear wiper, its something i've considered doing but wanted to see how it looked before I done it.

It was free as I took it from my mums polo during my last visit...

You can get them new on ebay (genuine I think) for £25 delivered, or try a scrappy.

yeah they are £25 of ebay.. boltonbits i think it is. one thing be very careful taking the old one off, if used wd40 first and watch the rear window.

I think I paid £25 for the blade, cap and arm direct from VW to fit to my Polo.

I'll be taking my rear aero off my vRS over the next couple of weeks before it's traded in if anyone's interested. The blade will want replacing in the next few months but they can be picked up from the dealers for a couple of quid or so.

is this item from a mk4 mk5 or mk6 polo? Or are they all the same?

9n3. Depends upon what you call a mkX. Some call mine a 3f, others a 5.

It's one of these anyway, which I think if technically a 4facelift or a mark 7, depends on your 'system'.

Single headlamps, not two.

(Think some of the earlier pre-facelift one's had them too, but not all.)

Looks like it. Just check the lenghts etc as my Polo needed the blade from a Passat estate. But that sounds about right.

Think the dealer was about that price though, may a bit cheaper.
