How to remove door panel?

Featured Replies

I tried to remove my door panel couple of times, but no succes.. There are couple of screws on the left, right and under the door panel, but still its not moving after removing those.. So how i can remove the hole thing?

I would like to get somekind of "manual" for it.. seems like that the door handle and something from the inside is jamming/locking it.. dunno :( I need to check some wireings.. becouse my other mirror electric and heating not working right now..

THX!

which side? You have to take the tweeter cover off, you also have to take the electric window switches apart if its the drivers side as there are some bolts hidden under there. On the passenger side you have to carefully split the internal plastic handle as there are bolts hidden under there. I think there is also a screw under the chrome door handle on both sides but this is just from memory.

There are some pics on the right side of here http://www.taligentx.com/passat/maintenance/doorlockmechanism/ that will show you.

This may also help
