FIrst impressions are good - the ride is slightly more knobbly, presumably because they're XL, but wet grip is pretty good. They feel quite responsive to quick changes in direction and the steering is noticeably lighter too. Just have to wear them in a bit more and then go for a proper blast :)

Once scrubbed in they will be fine (bear in mind this can take 300 miles on the fk452s). Had them alround when I went to Wales on tour last year and on a twisty road I was having no grip issues, even when keeping up with a Ferrari and leaving another one behind :)

They will understeer if you get really silly with your corner entry speed. If driven properly though they will allow you to carry a lot of corner speed. At milbrook on the inner handling circuit an Aston DBS failed to leave me behind and on the alpine circuit there was no issue with grip whatever the pace. Also high speed stability is no problem, had the car at just over 140mph (high speed bowl) and only the wind unsettling the car was a problem, tyres were fine.

Good to hear these positive comments about these tyres. I couldnt decide between the Kumho KH31 and the Falkens. Both sounded pretty good, but there were just a few more positive comments about the Falkens so i went for those.
