can anyone tell me if the headlights from a 2001-2004 octavia fit my 2000reg? also do they look any differant?

Depends if your car is pre or post facelift? If your car is post facelift then yes they will fit, if pre facelift then they are different.

Quick way to identify the cars is by the bootlid handle shape. A flat topped handle is post facelift, and a handle with a raised section for the lock barrel is pre facelift.

If the back of your car looks like the first picture then no they wont, as the light shape changed slightly between the pre-facelift and facelift.
