Dog box for Yeti

Featured Replies

Having recently acquired a puppy, the Lintran range of fibreglass dog boxes were recommended to us so we collected ours from the factory a few miles outside Lincoln, the day before we collected the pup from the same part of the country. The boxes seem to be well made, rattle free and with key-locking now standard. Being fibreglass on three sides, they are supposed to keep the dog cooler in summer and warmer in winter and also reduce the amount of dust and mess that gets spread around the car. Used ones seem to go for good prices on eBay - the new price was on a par with a decent quality wire car cage. It is a standard DB3 Tracker model - if you don't have either the spare wheel or variable floor options, you might need the "hatchback" version so the doors clear the sill.

Here are some pictures if you are thinking of transporting a dog in your Yeti.

That looks like a great solution however I think someone has sold you a lion cub rather than a dog :D
