I've got a similair noise to you at speed and I'd suggest it's rear axle bushes/ARB bushes!

I have the driver's door rattle/squeak too

Makes the car sound really cheap! It's just hard to drive along whilst putting your ear to the door, trying to work out where the noise is coming from
