Lumbar support broken

Featured Replies

took my car in this morning as the lumbar support had broken on the driver side, it just wasnt doing anything. They took the seat out of the car and the leather off the seat and then found that they had been supplied with a part which looked like the broken one but had a slightly different design. As a result, car left at the dealer without a driving seat and im in a courtesy car until its sorted! The mad thing is that looking at the broken part, we all came to the conclusion that we couldnt find what was broken on it!

Anyone else had the lumbar support break on a seat?

Got a little fabia diesel to run arund in which was nice of them to let me have a lend of so its not all bad but i would like to be back in my VRS!

Yes there has been a lot of discussion about this topic. Look back at older posts. IIRC some plastic tabs snap off and allow the side support to collapse.
