I have viewed your car - I am looking at buying a VRS pretty quickly !

TBH I have been looking at the hatch although I do like the Estate - I know the Estate goes for more but I can get a 06 Hatch from a dealer with around 30k on the clock for £9k - this would obviously include 12 months warranty etc...

Now I accept that I might be out of touch for the price of an estate - perhaps you could email me what sort of offer you might accept ?!
