As the title says. emoticon-0100-smile.gif This update brings multitasking and folders to the iPad along with 100 new features too.

Installed. Makes little difference to iPhone's though.

Airplay isn't bad to Apple TV - there is an update for that as well BTW

It was seriously overdue on the iPad though.

Let's hope it rectifies the bluetooth problems :swear:

Agreed, but it does give you free access to 'Find My iPhone' so it's probably worth updating if you don't already pay for MobileMe.

Does it fix the bloody alarm? :(

Hope it fixes the battery life issues with the iPod touch. Installing as I speak.

The freebie Find My iPhone is only available to iPhone 4 users and the latest gen iPod touch. Early adopters need NOT apply emoticon-0136-giggle.gif

There are a few iPhone tweaks like being able to assign a contact specific text alert and better ringer volume control.

Some new ringtones would have been nice though emoticon-0149-no.gif

Apparently not.

This is being debated online. Apparently you only need latest gen hardware to sign up to the free service, which you can then use on earlier hardware/os... Apparently...

I have a first gen iPod touch (latest iOS: 3.13 :giggle:) and a 3GS so I'm guessing I'm out.

Apple will no doubt kibosh any loopholes very quickly.

Running untethered jailbreak on 4.2.1 for 3G here.
