Advice needed please :D

Current setup eibach TDI pro springs & eibach pro dampers. Rear strut brace and front upper and lower braces (sitting in room waiting to be fitted)

Current problem. SPEED BUMPS! and the odd (understatement) pot hole :thumbdwn:

Option 1 is too ditch the TDI springs and go for the vRS ones, well i do have a vRS  This should stop the undertray problem with speed bumps but what about the firmish ride going over them and pot holes. vRS springs are stiffer  Do I live with it or go for option 2.

Option 2 replace the TDI springs with oem ones and keep the eibach dampers. Is this a sensible option? I'm after a nice compromise between everyday driving and the odd blast down some B roads :D . Note not bothered about looks.

Thanks in advance

Did you think my car was overly stiff John?

Most people are suprised at how well it rides bumps etc.

To be honest no. It just the amount of potholes and speedbumps round liverpool I think it might **** me off. It does now on the TDI springs as I have to slow down for the bloody things. and then listern to the untertray hit the bump. But then yours was nice. I'm  Need help.

Ive not bottomed out at all yet... think you should go for the RS eibachs... cheapest option :)

How about keeping the current setup and fitting a sump guard?

Forgot to add. With the current setup which gives a nose down look the light don't point far enough down the road to see where the next corner is

Have you adjusted the headlamps, using the thumbwheel between steering wheel & door to maximum up ? (No 3 i think), to sort your forward lighting.

Maximum up is actually 0. which i think is a wee bit too high for a std car so i usually stick it on 1
