Winter Tyres

Featured Replies

Anyone got any ideas on which winter tyres are good value for money? Looking to get set for my Octavia 4X4.

Yes I know its a 4X4 but winter tyres should be better in snow and ice than the ones I have on now as the compound is softer and decreases wheel spin.

Well, I started a topic last week asking opinions on Sunny SN3830, surprisingly I did get one or to sensible responses, :giggle: considering the price they have a lot of good reviews, as do the Nokian WRG2 and Snow SV2. Quite rightly, as pointed out in my topic you wouldn't skrimp on summer tyres so you definately shouldn't in the winter months.

Supply has almost been exhausted

You will be very fortunate to get some at the moment

If you can ..they will be expensive

Look in myTyres...Size?.....205 55 16 ???
