Remapping furby vRS

Featured Replies

i have booked my car in to get remapped by superchips , is it true that if you put on a k&n ( or other brand Panel filter) b4 you remap the engine it will increase the power by ther claimed 3-5% up and above the 30 Bhp that superchips claim,

This should be in performance and not styling, but air filters tend to increase torque more than bhp so yes.

How much do superchips want for this by the way?

Apparently 280 Sheets and remapped and tested in 2 hours

I'd be careful with a K&N filter as they tend to be rather oily which can kill the MAF sensor. Lots of people have gone for Geen panels and they are highly recommended - although I never got round to fitting mine :(

Ummm...

Did you do any research on Briskoda before you decided on a Superchip ?

Good luck with your remap :)

I think this is mainly due to over oiling after cleaning but....Green Filters are apparently are less oiled as standard.

Remember when cleaning your Green Filter not to over oil...one coat should be enough.

wouldnt let superchips chip a potato
