Skoda dealer in Herts?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Just wondering if any of you can recommend a good dealer to take my furby to for its 5000 mile service, in the Hemel area. Plus do any of you have any tips on how to keep the bill down?

Thanks

several dealers in your locality, nearest for you would be Watford, then Stevenage, then Milton Keynes.

look in the dealers section for your nearest choices, and just get a quote.

To keep the bill down, don't let them do anything other than the service unless it's something that you can't do yourself, go for the lowest quote.

5000 mile service?

I though the first service was at 10,000 miles unless the car is a year old.

It,s Just come up with "INSP" and the little spanner symbol when I turn the ignition on. Have actually done about 7400miles.

Nothing as far as I am aware is wrong with the car. It stills responds in all gears, no rattles or anything, so I am assuming it,s popped up to tell me there is a service due. That's what I hope anyway.

We shall see on Friday as that is when I have managed to get it in.

Ah, that makes sense.

I'm impressed you managed to get it booked in so quickly.

Good luck with the service.

When I rang they said they could get it in almost anytime this week. No courtesy car though. Would have to wait till Feb for that. So am having half day friday to get it done.

Would have to wait till Feb for that.
