Thumb up for that! losing Phoenix was like losing an old friend.

Got my first 15000km service here as TMC no longer have the Skoda franchise.

Left car in at 0845 and it was ready (washed and all) at 0930.

The waiting room was comfortable with TV and WIFI.

Staff were friendly and professional.

Follow up call a few days later to check customer satisfaction.

The price was also spot on.

Had car serviced there yesterday... very knowledgable, didn't try to push anything on that was border line, and even thanked me for the business when I left!

Just got my second service at Pilsen paid for by Skoda Ireland . No problems just  pleasant  people doing a good job.

What a change . 

wouldn't recommmend this place, they take an absolute age to give a price or quote on any work that needs done to a car.

i had to call them 3 times to get a price on a timing belt water pump as they never gave a reply.

work was carried out and they managed to break the cubby hole that hides the ECU plug

i also went on a saturday morning to pick my car up and the guy at the desk was clueless, apparently he was from their sister seat dealership.

very disappointed with the service.

wont be taking my mk1 fabia vrs to this crowd again.

Bought a new Octavia Vrs from Adam at Pilsen. My first brand new purchase. Was very pleased with him and the others I had contact with. Everything we agreed upon was delivered Very pleasant guy. I'll b going back there. Loving the car! Thanks Pilsen and Adam!
