Had my first Skoda since April and I really like the car, it's got a couple of problems, a damaged rear bumper, a ding and scratch at the back corner, the cd changer in the boot doesn't work and the temp warning light comes on from cold all the time. On the plus side it's a great car to drive, destroys long trips on zero fuel, it feels classy but it's anonymous and minicabs flash you out at junctions! I've been really impressed by the car in the snow and ice, sliding sideways is predictable and balanced, all the fun of WRC at 18mph! Hoping to fettle the problems when the weather picks up.

Chuffed to find such a usefull forum also.
